Thank you for taking time out to play the game! This game was originally made by dataecho (user on itch). I worked on this remix with the creator and another classmate for a class! The game focuses on imposter syndrome in the game design community and how easy it is to feel out of place or less than your fellow designers.

In this game, you will walk through an area and will become part of a conversation between you and your doubts. As you progress through these conversations, you'll move through different areas and ultimately, choose how you would like the game to end.

To move, use WASD or the arrow keys. You will also need to use your mouse to explore the area!

If you need to pause the game, hit the 'esc' key!

You have to tell me the song at the end, chief, I must save it in my playlist.

This is super neat!  Well done, and super relatable!  I really liked the *SPOILER* big payoff moment when you rise above the structure and see all the rooms from above.  Not sure if it's just my machine, but the mouse sensitivity is VERY high.  I understand that part of the core conceit is that it is difficult to navigate the space, but I found myself a bit frustrated when I would lose myself in a void of black just because my hand slipped a bit.  I would suggest tuning it down a tad.

Really impressive. I like the concept a lot. Navigation was a little tricky in places, but I think it helped support the emotional theme. One small complaint: I wish I could have read the credits, but I fell past them too quickly.

wow the game is amazing. really like it when i saw several lines of words and it turns out to be a staircase.
